The Pod Novel i
In March 2008 I set about an ambitious project on my own - to write a full blown novel similar to what happens in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) in November of each year - but without the support of lots of other people doing it.
Phase I - Write the Thing
With a month’s preparation, I began my Novel, called the Pod Novel, on 1st April 2008, and completed it to first draft status 33 days later, not with the original 50,000 target word count, but with 150,000+.
That was only part one of my first ambitious project, as it is yet to be edited, but the journey to write it is documented here, in a daily journal entry.
